Metrohouse & Partnerzy SA is the result of a merger of Metrohouse S.A. (founded in 2006) and Partnerzy Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. (founded 2000).
Metrohouse & Partnerzy SA comprises more than 70 sales teams, 800 real estate brokers, advisors and locations in most provinces. The company expands its sales network based on its own and franchised establishments.
The offer of Metrohouse & Partnerzy SA includes agency in selling, buying and renting residential and commercial property. The Metrohouse & Partnerzy Group also includes the Metrofinance Mortgage Department, the Developer’s Showroom (Salon Developera) – a unit separated from the company’s structure which supports offers in the primary market and the Giełda Nieruchomości Pomorze Publishers issuing the monthly magazine Giełda Nieruchomości Polska featuring real estate classifieds with offers and news from the local real estate market (issues: Trójmiasto [The Tricity], Wielkopolska and Małopolska). In 2011, in the VIIth Ranking of Real Estate Companies of the C.H. Beck Nieruchomości monthly magazine, the company Metrohouse & Partnerzy took, for the second time in row, the first place among the real estate agencies operating in the market.
