1Determination of property valuation

The first stage of our cooperation will be the valuation of your property. This is a very important step, because the degree of interest in the offer will depend on your proposed price. We have accurate information on sales prices thanks to our database in Poland.  As a result, we will offer your property, based on the completion prices over the past few months. The estimated valuation of your property is completely non-binding, however we look forward to our cooperation.

2Signing the brokerage agreement

Our advisors can offer your property to potential buyers on a sole agency basis. Obviously, the benefits are greater if you entrust the sale to only one advisor. (What you should know about exclusive agreement?).

 

Our advisor will accurately describe the property, compile  photographic documentation, draw a plan and carry out a questionnaire aimed at the detailed knowledge of the property for sale. By specifying detailed parameters of your property you will be sure that we will be able to respond to the vast majority of questions asked by potential buyers.

 

3Starting the sale process

Once we have signed the agreement,  we can move on to the next phase of our cooperation. Your advisor will introduce the offer into our system. It will be thoroughly verified in terms of legal documentation by the manager of the branch. At time of entry your property will be visible to our many advisors throughout the country.

 

If among our clients looking for an apartment or a house to buy, there are customers interested in your property, or a similar one, they will receive information about the new offer the same day. The offer will appear on www.metrohouse.pl – one of the most popular websites  in the  country.
 

4Property presentations

Once a client expresses interest in your property a Metrohouse agent will contact you to arrange a viewing. All our applicants are previously vetted by our Metrofinance advisors who hold full personal details and a contract.  The viewing will be by appointment only, escorted by our Metrohouse agents. Ensuring your safety at all times.

5Sale completions!

Upon placing your property on the market, our aim is to complete the sale. The signing of a preliminary agreement in required.  Metrohouse will follow a step by step procedure including, brokering the loan for the buyer, cooperating with the notary office, signing the contract, and assisting with the property transfer as well as signing the handover protocol.
