The buying process

 

1Type of Property?

Cooperation with Metrohouse? It’s easy. Locate your nearest Metrohouse office and schedule a meeting with a local advisor. In the office you will have the possibility to sign the brokerage agreement, and the advisor will discuss with you your preferences regarding the property you are seeking. He will ask a lot of questions regarding price, location and many, many other parameters, all of which are of great importance.

 

At this stage you should know your financial status. This is why our advisor will offer you meeting with one of his colleagues from Metrofinance – our finance branch. This way you will be able to find your property and take a loan to purchase it under one roof. Our financial services are free of cost.

 

At the first meeting, we will get to know your preferences and purpose of the purchase. We will present you with some first proposals that may interest you. If any of them will prove to be of interest, and you would like to view, our advisor will arrange the process of presentation of the property and will accompany you. Each offer in the Metrohouse database is thoroughly developed, so you will get a lot of useful information that will help you to better understand the offer, and to prepare for the visit.

 

Regardless of offers chosen for the presentation, you will receive information on new real estate in the Metrohouse database, which meet your shopping preferences.

 

2Presentations of properties

Once you have decided you like a property, we advise an immediate appointment to view it. Your advisor will accompany you to these viewings. A “Confirmation of presentation” form is signed for obvious reasons. We advise a daylight viewing, but we realize this is not alsways possible.


If at some stage of the presentation you find that the property meets your preferences, we can go to the next stage of our agreement. However, if you wish to continue searching we have over 45,000 listings in our database.

 

3The deal!

This is a very enjoyable part of our cooperation, because it means that thanks to our offer, you will soon fulfil your dream of buying a property. But before you sign the final agreement, you will go through earlier stages, as for example price negotiations or signing Arrangements and Terms of the Transaction. In this document we define the key parameters of the transaction such as price, dates of agreements, payment methods, etc. If you financed your purchase through a loan, we will sign a preliminary agreement. Usually we prepare it in a notary's office, but it is not obligatory, it can be a civil law agreement, and we can sign it in our office, too. While waiting for the signing of your loan agreement (Metrofinance advisors will select the most advantageous offer and take care of all the formalities). The agent supporting the sellers will complete all the documents needed for the final agreement.


Last but not least we prepare all relevant documentation.  Now you can enjoy your purchase.
